Do you ever get confused by all the different kinds of seafood that is available (wild-caught, farmed, imported, etc.) and what and how much of it we should be eating? I came across this great reference guide for what types of fish you should/shouldn't buy in a book I'm currently reading. I found it helpful for some of the types of seafood I might buy less often.
