Which is part...I was curious how it compared, too. Which is part of the reason I decided to try this out. Its pretty much the same either way - and the crockpot is way less time-consuming. Although, you have to be precise with the timing, though. Mine wasn't quite done at 2 hours, so then I was putting Carson to sleep and totally forgot to have Kevin check it after 15 minutes or so. It cooked an extra 30-45 minutes before I remembered and it had gotten much more creamy than it would have.
